Freshwater Estates is a family-owned boutique property development company based in East Anglia. We are a business built on a wealth of industry experience, we take a hands-on, personal approach to every development. We design and build homes that are thoughtfully planned and carefully constructed, delivering approximately 20-30 homes per year for our clients.

By building on a smaller scale, we are able to maintain direct involvement at every stage, focus on exceptional build quality, and offer a level of care and attention that larger developers simply cannot match.

 Every site is individually created and tailored to complement its local character and surrounding architecture, meaning we do not use standard house types or repeat designs. Depending on the stage of construction, clients are often able to personalise elements of their new home, ensuring it truly reflects their lifestyle and preferences.
