Unlike larger house builders, we do not produce standardised house types. Each Freshwater Estates development is distinctive, thoughtfully designed to reflect its surroundings and local architecture. We predominantly use high-quality, natural materials such as slate, handmade clay roof tiles, and uPVC or timber windows and doors.

This attention to detail is reflected in the final elevations of our homes, giving them a more traditional feel while remaining safe, energy efficient, and low maintenance. Depending on when the property is purchased, we invite our customers to visit the site during various stages of construction and choose their own tiles and kitchen designs, creating a home that feels truly personal from the outset.
